• Provides performance reports on regular basis
• Coordinates department staffing to guarantee high level collection activity
• Monitors people performance closely and initiate improvements continuously (contests, knowledge tests…)
• Defines training requirements
• Responsible for coaching and supporting team members following regular coaching plan
• Takes initiative to ensure maximum individual and team performance (in both people and process/system improvements)
• Evaluates people and gives regular feedback – detailed evaluation 2x year following performance management process
• Builds team loyalty and commitment
• Supports manager in building and optimising incentives system
• Interviews new candidates for collection agents
• Responsible that collection agents follow compliance and external/internal rules; considering sensitivity of financial relationship with clients

• Supports management in reporting
• Communicates department update to management in weekly updates
• Communicates priorities to team on regular basis and requests feedback
• Keeps process maps and journal of changes in collection strategy up-to-date to ensure explanations can be given on requests
• Contributes to department improvements in terms of people, systems, processes
• Supports in project work in EC and in projects affecting EC department
• Supports x-business in our auto and mortgage companies if needed
• Supports in business communication about collection activity
• Supervisor/Team Leader experience in Collection of min 1 year
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead a team and work as part of it
• Ability to drive process simplification
• Ability to work across departments / functions
• Being flexible and ability to work under stress
• Advanced MS Office Skills, especially Excel required
