Great opportunity! We are looking for E-Commerce Account Manager for our client, an International company sales office based in Bucharest, activating in e-commerce industry and collaborating with only leading e-commerce sites in Romania and Europe.
Our client is expanding its business by the development of its team, expanding its client network, and adding new fashion brands and categories to its portfolio.
Responsibilities:
• Account Management of E-Commerce clients for top e-commerce sites from Romania, Germany, Spain, Italy, Benelux, Russia and Turkey;
• Manages cross functional relationships with external collaborators (suppliers, service providers) in order to coordinate continuously grow the clients business behind delivering targets at top e-commerce standards;
• Plans long term and sticks to CPS to meet the deadlines, and manages all day to day activities to keep these targets on track;
• Analyses data; interprets reports and information provided to forecast, manages new acquisitions;
• Develops and tracks business expansion results; plans and presents strategy for business development and profitability;
• Forecasts future sales and inventory demand in channel/account;
• Prepares all necessary campaign files (product descriptions, photos) for the client and deliver on time for successful campaigns;
• Monitors closely client’ activities for portfolio brands, stays close to category buyers, and suggest solutions to grow sales;
• Purchases the highest quality merchandise at the lowest possible price as per quarterly purchase plan;
• Prepares proper documentation (invoices, payment instruments, client contracts) and integrate to accounting department.
• University degree;
• Proficiency in English;
• Entrepreneurial mind set & Passion for Winning;
• Proactive for problem solving;
• Computer savvy, proficient with MS Office (master in MS Excel is a plus);
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines;
• Self-starter approach to work with an eagerness to exceed objectives;
• Ability to perform to budget and manage forecast;
• Ability to work independently;
• Data analysis and interpretation of data;
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills;
• Quick learning new technology and complex processes;
• Ability to work in a team environment.
