Perform ‘Walk Around’ at the beginning of each shift, to highlight any areas that may have an adverse effect on the center and car park , require attention and escalate as necessary, to ensure the smooth operation of the centre.
Manage day to day operations, highlighting any issues to a senior manager as necessary
Ensure team members equip themselves with a radio in conjunction with the Control Room
Participate in regular patrolling of malls, car parks and external areas
Ensure the agreed standards are met within all areas of the centre
Manage the opening and closing of the centre with the out sourced contractors
Ensure clear communication with out source contractors
Ensure staff visibility ( out sourced contracts ) at all times including the car parks, external and internal areas as well as inside the center (especially in hot spot areas)
Ensure the company complies fully and at all times with its legal duties regarding health safety and welfare matters
