The job-holder will be responsible for:
•You will provide customer service in the areas of Accounts Payable (AP) or Accounts Receivable (AR) for a major international company in the in the following business languages: Dutch and English.
•You will be responsible for:
-Processing of compliant invoices in SAP (as per defined procedures);
-Ensuring compliant vendor setups;
-Assisting vendors on phone calls;
-Point of contact for the business for all invoices related queries.
To be a part of our international team, you need to have:
•Fluency in Dutch; At least medium level of English
•Microsoft Office and Internet knowledge;
•Outstanding customer-orientation and team-spirit;
•Very good communication skills;
•Knowledge of the basic accounting concepts.
