Our client is a global outsourcing organization providing services within Finance & Accounting all over the world. Based in more than 12 different countries, the branch settle down in Romania is the fastest growing one. Account payable with fluent Dutch are needed to join a team of multicultural and dynamic accountant in Cluj Napoca.

THE ROLE
• Check the supplier data and details in the system
• Journal entries
• Sorting of invoices / credits
• Request information for unclear images or uncompleted invoices
• Communication and clarifications with suppliers (including correspondence and communication with suppliers)
• Send invoices back to suppliers
Your profile:
• Fluent English and Dutch
• Exposure to finance or procurement directly would be advantageous
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Experience as Accountant Payable, Accountant receivable, PQ, general Ledger
• Working knowledge of GAAP, SAP and / or workflow tool is an advantage
