The successful candidate will be responsible for processing, evaluation and surveillance of all the company’s pharmaceutical products with respect to safety. This will be in close contact with other company affiliates within Europe, e.g. colleagues from regulatory and sales departments.
The tasks as Drug Safety Officer will mainly consist of:
- Processing of individual case safety reports including logging of cases into a safety database.
- Medical evaluations related to safety on the company registered products.
- Preparation of safety updates reports.
- Perform risk/benefit assessment, signal detection and risk management analysis.
- University graduate (Medicine, Pharmacy).
- Experience in pharmacovigilance is preferable, but not essential.
- Excellent English skills, written and spoken.
- Good computer skills.
- A team player but also to enjoy working independently.
- Working systematically and able to look at the big picture while at the same time focus on details.
- Flexible and open attitude.
