- Training needs analyze;
- Training results monitoring and evaluation;
- Consultancy for own staff;
- University degree;
- Experience in professional driving minimum for 5 years;
- Driving license: B, C, CE, D, DE categories;
- excellent knowledge in mechanical field ( general mechanics, performance principles or mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrics and electronics systems);
- Fluency in English;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Pedagogical skills;
- Availability for travel;
