RESPONSABILITATI

Our Client is a prestigious oil&gas company.
Operations
• To manage all Casing Drilling and Casing Running Operations.
• Responsibility and accountability for Casing Services P&L.
• Manage costs in line with plan and activity levels.
• Recruit train and nationalize key positions.
• Technical advisor on key operations.
• Responsible for timely invoicing of clients and cash collection.
• Develops strong relationships with Key Clients.
• Manage asset and inventory sourcing to satisfy job demand
• Prepare AFE’s

Marketing & Sales Strategy
• To have significant input in Marketing & Sales Strategy for Casing Services in order to maximize market share, revenue and profitability, consistent with Corporate Plan in the Business Unit.
• In conjunction with sales organization to build sales plans consistent with strategy.
• Follows up and coordinates the implementation of the defined strategy throughout the Business Unit.
• Engages in annual business planning cycle to insure consistency with strategy.
• Participate in front line sales with key clients.
• Prepares tender submissions.

Reports
• Provides all required reporting to Product line VP and corporate management
• Provides all required reports to ERBU VP and Regional General Managers.
• Prepares monthly Rolling Forecast.
• Sales and Operational Planning
• Tender evaluation reports

Personnel & Training
• Selects, promotes and manages sufficient training for self and recommends training for all his staff.
• Provides mentoring and staff development for direct reports.
