What we need:
We are searching for a dynamic and highly professional environment, QA team leader with both strong technical and managerial abilities. The team is responsible to support the unit projects from definition and design, going through development and testing, up till production upload and ongoing maintenance.
The job is hands-on which means 50% involvement in the actual testing team projects\tasks efforts.
How good should you be:
• At least 3 year experience of managing a team of 3-5 experienced programmers – mandatory
• At least 4 years of software development experience using .NET C# technologies (.NET framework 2-4, ASP.NET/C#, Visual studio, SQL) – mandatory
• High level of English (reading, writing, speech) – mandatory
• At least 3 year experience in WEB applications development, using Client-Side Technologies (CSS, JavaScript, DHTML, HTML, jQuery, Ajax) – advantage
• Experience in HTML5 & Mobile web development – advantage
• At least 3 year experience in work with ADO.NET – advantage
• Work experience with MS SQL Server – advantage
• Experience in development of Web Services in .NET environment (WCF)– advantage
• Experience in OOD, Design Patterns – advantage
• Experience in offshore development team management – advantage
