To compile document for engineering projects with the support of engineers.
To examine engineering document made by engineers.
To collect and upload project documents to IT systems, namely EPMS, CEAS etc.
Document should be made and uploaded timeliness, normativeness and completeness of archiving.
To keep and catalog original documents orderly.
Service purchasing document management
To make Purchase Request and Purchase Order to service partner, with the assistance of project manager.
To control and manage Payment Document of service cooperation.
To manage IT system about Service Purchasing, like ERP, ECA.
To track and monitor payment flow.
To record the key events of engineering service partners.
Other documents work requested by chief manager.
A university degree in computer science or other related area.
Basic knowledgeable in the telecommunication.
Good knowledgeable and operation ability for Windows systems and Office software.
Good Communication skills and ability to work in teams.
Self-motivated, flexible, enthusiastic and fluent in English both oral and written.
Must be ready to work under pressure.
