RESPONSABILITATI

• Analyze the business and do the business process modeling;
• Collect and organize the business requirements. Writes the functional specification, software requirements specification and related documents;
• Establish and reviews the business testing scenarios and procedures;
• Review and finalize the business documentation of the proposed solution;
• Supervises the implementation of functional specification;
• Acts as mediation point between development team and customer team with regards to clarifying the specification/requirements
• Ensuring planning, schedules, breaks, code of conduct etc are respected by team members;
• Evaluating and developing team members through remote and side by side call quality monitoring;
• Performing one on ones with technical support staff;
• Supporting the team members in case of problems or escalation; being the first point of referral for escalated queries or problems with the infrastructure, network or systems;
• Taking care of new starters, introducing them to the team, their tasks and role;
• Acting as a single point of contact for client issues;


CERINTE

• Relevant university degree in IT or in related domain,
• Relevant experience in similar position, an advantage,
• Relevant experience in the design and development of Entreprise Content Management solutions based on IBM FIlenet P8
• Relevant experience in the design, development on ECM solution based on Oracle UCM
• Proficiency in computers skills (e.g. Office, Visio, other modeling tools),
• Knowledge of UI terminology related to web based and desktop applications,
• Basic SQL programming and database design skills;
• Excellent level in English language – both spoken and written,
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member,
• Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure and complying with strict deadlines,
• Pro-active behavior, good organization and time management skills,
• Provide a trusted partnership and commitment to the company values, in order to deliver a high quality of services to the customers.
