Provide payroll support for the German market within a global IT company!
Our client, a global provider of IT Services, Outsourced R&D, Business Process Services, and Business Consulting. With 25 years in the global delivery of technology services our client has won global recognition and awards for innovation and outsourcing excellence. At their site in the capital of Romania, the "Little Paris of the East", you would support payroll processes for the German, Swiss and Austrian market.
RESPONSABILITIES:
• Ensure complete pay information is properly recorded and accurately calculated
• Review payroll reports to identify potential problems
• Work payroll error reports
• Perform Gross-to-net calculations
• Assist payroll manager in the resolution of payroll problems
Ideal Candidate:
• Excellent written and verbal skills for English and German
• Graduate in any discipline
• 1 - 1.5 years of work experience
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft payroll (8.0)
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll laws and requirements
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly
