District Director is responsible for the continues sales, increase of sales and other targets achieving, by full maintaining, functioning and operating of company retail original stores in particular region delegated by General Manager, this shall include in particular:
- human resources - selecting, motivating, controlling, training and evaluating performance of sales/shop assistants and shop managers
- stock management - manage and supervise stock management operations including regular stock inventories according to law and internal company policies and targets
- visual merchandising and customer approach ¿ constant management, update and supervision of visual merchandising and customer relations concept execution in the stores including staff training and evaluation
- management and communication ¿ regular store visits, shop managers meetings, organizing of marketing activities in the region, proposals for sales and business development, new shops openings
- administration ¿ authorities relationships, approvals, registrations, contracts and files for employees and shops, regular reports for the management
- Perfect English
- Minimum 1 year experience at the same position or few years experience as shop manager in similar field of activity
- Experience with team management, people selection, motivation and training
- Textile and fashion understanding and customer relation experience
- Driving license B, several years of driving experience
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively and frequently within Romania region
