Reporting to Operations Director, the incumbent will have the following main responsibilities:
Organizational responsibilities:
- Coordinates the activity of the entire store chain (sales are essential in this activity)
- Contributes to establishing store¿s organigram based on efficiency criteria
- Supervizes the activity of the stores (profit and loss)
- Proposes and applies measures to optimize/maximize the stores¿ performances and reduce costs
Planning and forecasting responsibilities:
- Plans and forecasts the organization and activity of the entire store chain based on profit and loss
- Defines the departmental objectives, as a result of general business objectives
- Proposes and follows the implementation of approved plans as well as achieved performance
Policies and Procedures:
- Initiates and ensures implementation and observance of the standards and the operational procedures
- Proposes policies for increasing efficiency and market share
Responsabilitati de Comunicare si Relationare:
- Provides support to other departments to attain common objectives (e.g. ¿customer-care¿ training for stores¿ employees
- Maintains good relationships with the authorities
- Communicates inside/outside department operational difficulties
Development responsibilities:
- Develops direct reports and encourages ongoing development environment for all employees
- Contributes to developing an organizational environment based on efficiency throughout the entire store chain
- Initiates training plans for store employees
- University graduate
- Minimun 5 years experience in retail (experience in multinational retail companies is a plus)
- Minimum 2 years experience in a management position
- Leader and charisma
- Able to work under stress and pressure
- Communication and organization skills
- Team spirit, dynamic, ambitious and proactive
- Excellent PC skills (MS Office : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluent in English
- Driving licence
