Responsible for researching, investigating and working with Distributors, Distributors’ uplines, European management, DEC Department from Poland and UK investigate ethical and Sales and Marketing Plan violations.
Help with the administration and coordination of the local processes connected to the Distributor Services activities, be a point of contact for Distributors, ensuring the service to the agreed performance targets on a day to day basis in line with corporate values and departmental goals. Assure that all potential issues are highlighted to the Distributor Services Supervisor.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
No direct reports, reporting to the DS Supervisor.

2-3 years of relevant experience, handling direct customer contact
EDUCATION:
University Diploma
Multilingual, proficient in Romanian and English languages

Excellent call handling or retail customer service skills

Strong interpersonal skills: active listening, conversation and networking
