RESPONSABILITATI

Job’s objective:
To manage and co-ordinate the secondary distribution of the company’s products to internal and external Customers, in terms of costs, efficiency, documentation and HSE. Implement improvements programs and proactive appraisal and review of Distribution activity including aligning this with the annual planning process.
Act as functional interface with other departments.
- participate in the development and implementation of distribution strategy and plans ensuring that the distribution structure has the necessary resources to meet current and future requirements of the Company’s marketing activities
- take overall management responsibility for all aspects of day-to-day distribution operations
- continuously examine cost effectiveness and productivity of distribution operations, systems and processes; identify areas for improvement, initiate and implement necessary actions
- monitor performance against targets using established KPI templates and ERP output
- participate in the development and maintenance of policies and operating procedures
- act as Focal Point and co-ordinate of and/or participate in specific (local and/or Group level) distribution projects
- identify and initiate staff and/or infrastructure (including SW, specific applications, etc) development needs; target optimum staff performance by proposing training and personal development programs that are directed towards identified staff with job and development potential
- implement Group HSE policies and HSE Management System principles, and follow their relevance and applicability to local Distribution activities
- co-ordinate the development and implementation of local HSE policies, action plans and initiatives in Distribution area


CERINTE

- technical university degree
- at least 3 years distribution technical and operational experience
- commercial, logistics, training and coaching experience is advantageous
- fluency in English
