- Gives loading orders to the carriers;
- Coordinates the activity of the Intern Transport Department;
- Negotiates the contracts with the carriers and the fast currier companies;
- Makes the invoices for the clients for the intern transport;
- Makes weakly and monthly reports;
- Follows the optimization of the work procedures to increase profit of the Intern Transport Department;
- Establishes together with the managers the annual budgets;
- Makes proposals and takes measures to improve the department’s activity;
- Makes sure that the employees in the transport department are well instructed on the necessary procedures for transport activity and on the valid laws.
- University degree;
- Good command of English (German would be a plus);
- Experience in a Transport and Logistics is a must;
- Perseverant, organized and able to establish priorities;
- Proactive, results-oriented, self-starter;
- Computer skills (MS Office, ERP, etc.);
- Driving license B category.
