RESPONSABILITATI

The person will work to establish and develop the Romanian subsidiary of the company in line with the Group plan. A key element of this role will involve ensuring teams of workers can be sourced for temporary assignments abroad and also in Romania. This person will take full P&L responsibility for activities in Romania and take a leading role in the design and implementation of business development strategies aimed at increasing the company’s turnover and profitability.

Main responsibilities include:
-Responsible for building and maintaining database with all workers and potential workers updated information
- Develop innovative methods to identify sources and ways to attract new labour
- Participate in growth strategies and plans
- Manage and lead the recruitment team
- Oversee and ensure that the Romanian sourcing activities are performed to an acceptable standard
- Ensure administrative and reporting procedures are being adhered to by Romanian sourcing staff
- Research and analyze the development of industries which are relevant to the company’s business
- Translating documentation and doing administrative duties in general, not only in relation to Romania but also to other jurisdictions


CERINTE

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate ability to deliver requirements of the Group for overseas operations in the following industries (with particular emphasis on construction and M&E): construction (steel fixers, concrete finishers, formworkers, asphalt layers, shuttering carpenters, reinforcement workers, crane operators, scaffolders etc), mechanical and electrical (welders, pipe fitters, plumbers, electricians), etc.
Ideally the candidate will possess some of the following:
- Recruitment background with people management experience (at least 3 years)
- Experienced ‘hands on’ management style
- Great communicator and inclusive management style
- Creative and conceptual, but able to deliver operationally
- Strong decision making and influencing skills
- Commercial acumen
- Degree level educated
