Our client is a multinational consultancy firm. Our client's Financial Advisory Services practice in Romania provides divestiture, merger, and acquisition support by placing a strong emphasis on stakeholder value and identifying key risks and benefits. The team guides clients on a path from early deal planning to desired business results. We provide support throughout the transaction life cycle on both the "buy side" and "sell side," to both strategic and financial buyers. This support includes pre-bid assessments, financial, tax, commercial, and information systems due diligence, integration risk assessments, and accounting and tax transaction advisory services.


¿ Assist/manage the purchasing or selling side of advisory engagements in a fast paced environment
¿ Provide technical and advisory financial, accounting, commercial, and operational due diligence services to listed companies and private equity investors
¿ Provide advice to clients on how to help maximize their financial opportunities and minimize the risks that are involved with possible mergers and acquisitions
¿ Participate in engagement teams with senior client executives, attorneys, and private equity investors
¿ Write detailed reports and analysis, including the analysis of cash flows, quality of assets and earnings, potential liabilities and risks, and the impact of findings on the valuation of the target organization
¿ Develop relationships with current and prospective clients

¿ Eight to twelve years of accounting and/or finance experience or financial audit experience with an audit, tax and advisory firm is preferred
¿ Experience with audit and accounting concepts with a focus on operational and financial due diligence, corporate mergers and acquisitions and/or business valuation experience
¿ Demonstrated ability to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment is essential
¿ CPA or CFA (level II passed) or equivalent is required; an MBA degree from an accredited college/university is a plus
¿ English proficient; ideal bilingual English / German or English / French
¿ Technically robust, energetic and culturally adaptable. Strong teambuilding and coaching skills. Effective communication skills. Strong presentation skills
