- reporting directly to the Managing Director and to the Head Quarter in Austria
- 10-12 years experience within a construction company (on a Site Chief/ Site Coordinator/ Project Manager position);
- Management skills (3-5 years of experience on a management position);
- Technical degree (Construction Engineering);
- Background in an international working environment;
- Accuracy in working;
- Excellent German and English knowledge;
- Good character, loyal, flexible and openminded.
- Good knowledge of the existing construction materials, their use and the market suppliers
