- Manage the complete process of mobile game production and testing on all target platforms;
- Mentor and supervise the mid-level management layer of the departments under supervision;
- Create project plans for all products on the development slate and ensure delivery on-time and on-budget;
- Manage the high-level test strategy of the QA department;
- Strategic and day-to-day leadership of the teams involved;
- Ability to evaluate development risks and create contingency plans;
- Interface with other appropriate departments including Sales, Marketing, QA, Deployment, Publishing, and Enabling Technologies;
- Extensive project management experience involving direct supervision of large teams is a must;
- Strong leadership skills and long-term strategic vision developed in a multi-national environment;
- Strong multitasking, follow through, and follow up skills;
- Solid technical knowledge, especially the elements specific to mobile game development and the related technology;
- Established history of delivering complex development projects on-schedule and on-budget, at the highest standards of quality;
- Strong communications skills, perfect command of the English language ;
- Understanding of the development lifecycle and general knowledge of games;
- University education.
