- Supervise all general contractors/sucontractors in terms of technical & quality of execution of all buildings
- Help project managers in their construction activities supervision
- Deal with all general contractors/subcontractors in all aspects of construction
- Site inspector license - "Diriginte" license
- Bachelor degree in construction or similar technical field
- Minimum experience in a similar position – 15 years
- Experience on a similar position is a plus
- Experience in residential / condominum projects and tall buildings would be an asset
- Managerial abilities (planning, organizing, coordinating, evaluating and motivating)
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Solution oriented and proactive attitude
- Leadership
- Site inspector license - "Diriginte" license
