- would be responsible with all activities such as banqueitng , administration and coordination, according to the Food & Beverage directives and our international standards and procedures.
- will ensure directly the quality of service and customer care as per room standards and hospitality
- will plan, coordinate and control all the necessary activities, manage the personnel, if necessary temporary employees, according to applicable rules and regulations.
- will also make sure that all material and equipment are correctly used;
- apply and ensure application of procedures and regulations concerning hygiene and safety.
- organize a complete schedule of events, based on client requests;
- be responsible for drawing up the weekly banquet schedule;
- ensure services are carried out according to client expectations, based on his sense of anticipation and organization;
- personally control service quality and participate in ensuring the events proceed successfully;
-pay attention to client demands, reactions and comments, and if necessary, take the corrective measures.
- will be familiar with the competition, as well as market evolution and trends;
- make any suggestions to higher management likely to improve sales promotion and marketing.
