Support to the Country Director on planning and making the follow-up of the Country activity and develop the relations with local Financial Institutions.
To take part on the definition of targets of the Company in the Country.
Supervise the elaboration of the Business Operation Plan and the budget of the Areas and confirm them to be approved by the Corporative Centre
To realize the follow-up and control over the Budget, studying the informs of monthly and quarterly follows-up over the Areas and prepare quarterly informs about the Country for the Financial General Direction.
To fulfil the book-keeping and tax liabilities of Fadesa in the Country
To decide about the book-keeping policy in the Country, according to the deadlines of Financial General Direction following accountancy rules and international laws
To suggest actions to cover the ups and downs of the local currency, according to the country economical situation and supporting on macroeconomic studies and profitability of the country.
To control and manage the finance and the liquid assets
To develop the way to finance the Company according to the local policy
To develop the relations with the local financial institutions and to deal with them to find solutions to find financing for Fadesa activities
Economic and financial analysis, analytical cost control, consolidation
Degree in Economics or Business Sciences.
Five years experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of Rumania tax laws is a must.
Knowledge of international financing.
Experience in the elaboration of financial statements and in treasury management
Good English communication skills, Spanish would be valuable
Experience in Construction or Real State Companies would be valuable
