RESPONSABILITATI

- Auditing of all financial statements captions;
- Understanding and analysis of the clients businesses in terms of structure, flow of operations, tasks of personnel and departments;
- Identifying weaknesses in accounting policies and procedures and providing recommendations for improvements;
- Supervising the audit team members;
Preparing the Audit Report and Group Reporting Packages (when applicable), in accordance with IFRS, Group Reporting GAAP or Romanian Accounting
- Finding financing solutions for development by negotiating and preparing contracts with the banks.
