RESPONSABILITATI

Manage and lead a team of approximately 25 responsible for:
- Ensuring timely and accurate payment of commissions/bonuses to EMEA sales personnel representing all lines of business (License, Consulting, Support, Education)
- Researching and resolving all commission/bonus payment related issues in accordance with individual sales compensation plans, corporate terms and conditions, business practices, and related internal controls
-Providing front line customer service to sales representatives and sales management
- Serve as the top level management contact for EMEA sales compensation matters
- Coordinate roles and responsibilities with other internal organizations with respect to dependent job functions (e.g., sales hierarchies, compensation plan issuance, etc.)
- Foster service focused and results oriented working environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Final review and sign-off of commission/bonus payments
- Drive standard processes within EMEA region, minimize country level variations
- Develop and manage to deadline based payment calendar (e.g., adjustments, deal analyses, paylist submission, etc.)
- Ensure staff maintains timely and satisfactory inquiry resolution
- Collaborate with Sales/Finance to streamline workflows and communication
- Compile and prepare management reporting packages
- Proactively implement preventative measures to mitigate payment risks (e.g., under/over payments)
- Own and drive ad hoc projects through to completion
- Lead process improvement and automation initiatives
- Work with line managers to set/achieve milestones that align with organizational goals


CERINTE

QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree required, preferably in Business related field
- Fluency in English is a must
- 2+ years of management experience in a sales compensation role preferred
- 5+ years of management experience in an international shared services center (Finance/Accounting) required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent people management skills
- Excellent computer skills (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
- Strong mathematical aptitude
- Able to multi-task, meet strict deadlines and work effectively under pressure
- Willingness to propose and drive change
- Innovative thinker with proven ability to execute

- Familiarity with Oracle Applications is a plus
