-coordoneaza activitatea de executie in santier:
-raspunde de executarea la timp si de calitate a lucrarilor incredintate
-intocmeste si completeaza jurnalul de santier
-verificarea situatiilor de lucrari si a cantitatilor executate
-verifica planurile de executie si propune solutii pentru rezolvarea neconformitatilor identificate
-cunoasterea bugetului proiectului
-absolvent studii superioare (Constructii Civile si Industriale)- inginer constructor
-experienta mini 3 ani in conducerea santierelor (de preferinta proiecdte rezidentiale)
-abilitati de negociere, analiza si sinteza
-abilitati de comunicare
- Permis conducere aferent cat. B
