Qualia is currently looking for a motivated DIRECT SALES MANAGER for our client - a prestigious Non-Banking Financial Institution specialized in mortgage loans.
Responsibilities:
Involved in formulating and implementing sales strategies for assigned products;
Identifies new opportunities for business development;
Supervise and provide support to sales representatives in selling the products;
Building, developing, coaching and training sales consultants team;
Evaluates the activity and performance of the team;
Ensure that Sales forecast goals are reached;
Consolidate the presence of the company on the market;
Participates at the professional development programs.
Minimum 1 year management experience;
Minimum 4 years sales experience;
Full of energy, active, creative and positive, with entrepreneurial approach, results oriented person;
High level of organizational, negotiation and analytical capabilities;
Outstanding communication and presentation skills;
PC Literacy;
Fluency in English.
