- Actively seeks new business opportunities in the retail credit market;
- Builds-up and maintains excellent relationships with other sales agents (real estate & insurance agents, brokers);
- Follows-up on leads generated by business partners;
- Follows-up on leads generated by the company call centre, website etc;
- Successfully builds-up a network of personal contacts and permanently generates new sales;
- Ensures all sales activities are compliant with external regulations and GE Money guidelines;
- Daily contacts with individuals interested in personal finance (mortgage, auto, consumer loans);
- Daily contacts with various partners (real estate agents, insurance agents, credit brokers, etc);
- Periodical meetings with Other Sales Structures / Telesales / Marketing / Operations.
-Strong sales abilities and background / excellent mobility and willingness to travel locally;
- Previous experience in direct/mobile sales would be an advantage (business-to-consumer);
- Ability to quickly understand more complex retail credit products such as mortgage loans;
- Excellent abilities to build personal contacts and maintain long term relationships;
- Outstanding interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills;
- Strong negotiation skills / ability to influence and gain commitment;
- High-level of energy and a can-do attitude;
- Foreign languages: fluency in English would be an advantage;
- Driving license mandatory.
