- Sells the whole range of Bank's products and services from the Retail (Individuals) segment to the target clients (individuals);
- Make sure that all clients receive high quality services;
- Advises the client about the products and services offered by the Bank, follows clients' requests and proper indentification of thei needs;
- Is responsible for the profitable increase of the portofolio of clients and the bussines volume on the individual segment, by direct sales activity;
- Participates alone, or together with representatives of Retail Banking Department at meetings with existing or potential clients, in order to present GarantiBank products and services;
- Minimum high school degree, university degree is an asset;
- Strong skills in communication and human relations;
- Sales experience is preferred;
- Dynamic personality;
- English is an asset.
Sales Staff will have the opportunity to participate in a tailor made sales training program.
