- To offer selected GarantiBank products to potential customers via Direct Sales Channel.
Sales Staff will have the opportunity to participate in a tailor made sales training program.
- Minimum high school degree, university degree is an asset;
- Strong skills in communication and human relations;
- Sales experience is preferred;
- No travel restriction;
- Dynamic personality;
- English is an asset.
GarantiBank is the Romanian branch of the Dutch GarantiBank International N.V., whose sole shareholder is GarantiBank Turkey, the third largest private bank in Turkey, with over EUR 25 billion asset size. The Bank is to open new agencies in Bucharest and other major cities of Romania as well as to diversify its activity into commercial & retail banking.
Within these development projects, a Direct Sales Force is going to be established for niche retail banking products.
