RESPONSABILITATI

Four years ago, HP launched its Direct business to deliver solutions and services directly from HP through a customizable direct relationship or via a 1st Tier, to large and enterprise customers. Since then, this business has been growing at a very rapid pace, in the revenue generated as well as the number of customers served, and competes directly with Dell.

Within EMEA, the Volume Direct Operations organization hosts all transactional activities for order management and claim management.

This claim management team is composed of 12 members, located in Bucharest, Romania.

MISSION AND STRATEGIC ACTIONS

Mission 1:Validate and approve claim
Strategic actions
Retrieve financial and physical claims logged in Pandora system by the Customer Sales Representative
Perform necessary checks to validate the claim is complete, is correctly classified and clean
Perform pre approval of the claim to be ready to be entered in SAP

Mission 2: Log claims in SAP and perform follow-up
Strategic actions
Log claim is SAP system
Follow the claim with supply chain so that an approval or rejection is provided
If the supply chain reject the claim, then inform the Customer Sales Representative
If claim is accepted then organize return for the physical claims on the logistic system
Follow up the physical claim until it reach our return center, get on contact with logistics coordinator or supply chain for any issue occurs on reverse logistic
Update the workflow system called Pandora to inform Customer Sales Representative all along the way

DDC will answer claim status query from Customer Sales Representative

Mission 4: Inventory management

The inventory agent will analyze and treat on a weekly basis all open cases of inventory resulted on a mismatch of system or change order not performed correctly by order management agent
The inventory team will work regularly with the financial team in order to clean all open cases


CERINTE

Education: HNC/HND in Business or sales or equivalent experience

Experience in one or more of the following:
- One or two years experience in sales admin support job with basic administrative & clerical support for sales and in sales for advanced level role.
- Experience in taking care of ongoing business
- Experience in acting as liaison between various internal organizations
- System administration

Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of general administrative/clerical processes
- Knowledge of order management processes
- Broad knowledge of administration, report generation and database inputs
- Knowledge in IT Tools (database system; MS-Office and computer tools…)
- Exchange, SQL technical knowledge and experience
- General understanding of order administration
Strong analytical skill

- Ability to work with minimum supervision
