RESPONSABILITATI

 Responsible to formulate complete and correct feedback, solution and advise to clients¿ requests - either by telephone, e-mail, letter or face-to-face;
 Co-operating with specialised departments of in order to provide the optimum solution to customer needs;
 Increase customer loyalty through excellent communication skills and positive attitude;
 Responsible with correctly filling in the Call Centre databases;
 Ensure, by an efficient daily activity, a high level of departmental productivity and smooth operational workflow

 Flexible, can do attitude, fast learner, ambitious, positive attitude;
 Strong verbal and written communication skills, both Romanian and English, sales orientation;
 Stress resistance, attention to details;
 Self-discipline, planing and organising skills, speed/urgency attitude for call volume;
 Productive with repetition and stress, ability to resolve problems independently;
 Previous experience as insurance consultant or in client related areas;
 Good knowledge of ING insurance products;
 PC basic skills: Word, Microsoft Outlook, Access, Excel.
