Required fields of expertise and proven track record:
[1] Digital Presence
- Improve organic and paid search (SEO/SEM) performance and campaigns, global search optimization, social media, targeted web content development and related initiatives for all Lugera websites
- Analyze, provide recommendations and implement SEM / PPC and search campaign strategies
- Conduct key word research and web statistics reporting
[2] Lead Generation
- Develop marketing funnels to drive leads (both in terms of clients and candidates) through Lugera digital channels including corporate website, social media and online campaigns
- Advance search performance and lead generation activity by optimizing content on Lugera websites
- Align digital marketing channels and initiatives with company’s objectives by perfectly coordinating with the internal stakeholders
[3] Social Media:
- Lead social media efforts to promote events and campaigns via established channels: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and Google+
- Monitor social media channels for any issues that may occur and route them to the internal department in charge to find a solution
- Recommend and implement additional or expanded social media programs to generate brand awareness and support reaching corporate goals and objectives
[4] Content Marketing
- Create, develop, monitor and optimize campaign web landing pages
- Conduct email marketing programs: write content, prepare and dispatch e-newsletters
- Designing website banners and assisting with web visuals
- Blogging – write or facilitate content posting

Loads of projects to work your skills at as you’ll have full accountability for planning, design, optimization maintenance, measurement and reporting of Lugera’s B2B websites, social media and digital demand generation programs to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads and improve customer service. This position will help drive online marketing tactics including SEO, PPC, Lead Generation, Conversion, Remarketing, Retargeting and Data Analysis.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Any other course on Digital Marketing (such as Google Digital Academy) would be considered a plus
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing
- Proven experience with search engine optimization, search engine marketing and social media
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Advanced knowledge of Google Adwords and Google Analytics
- Experience in implementing, monitoring and evaluating SEO, PPC, social media and email marketing campaigns
- Ability to design funnels to drive online traffic and grow corporate clients and candidates engagement via digital channels
- Excellent writing, editing and communications skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage varied projects simultaneously
- Results-oriented
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with other teams within organization
- Be familiar with graphic design in order to coordinate with the internal team to produce all the necessary visuals
