Job Description:
Design team member who is an active participate in design, simulation, optimization and validation of 8-bit mixed signal microcontrollers.
- Perform HDL design using the Verilog language and transistor level design using Cadence tools.
- Run Hspice and Hsim simulations to verify transistor level designs.
- Develop mixed signal modules and products.
- Simulate at the module level and full-chip product level to guarantee data sheet functionality and timing.
- Interface with and support applications, product, test engineering, marketing, development systems, technology development, CAD, layout and other design organizations.
- Validate and debug silicon products in order to achieve Release to Production.
- Ocasional travel to the US for short periods.
- Degree in Electronics, Automatics or Electrical Engineering.
- Understanding of transistor level design, and demonstrate understanding in digital design and state of the art CAD tools used in VLSI design.
- Microprocessor / microcontroller design experience or knowledge is a plus.
- Should have about 2-5 years experience in digital CMOS design using an RTL methodology and schematic capture/ custom layout techniques.
- Should have good knowledge of English and good communication skills.
Very attractive package. Candidates with higher experience will be eligible for Senior and Principal Application Engineers positions.
