For one of our clients, world leader in small household equipment, Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for a passionate and motivated Digital Coordintaor for South Central Europe Region. The Digital Coordinator has the mission to assist the Cluster Manager and the Cluster Marketing Manager in strategic and operational decisions to optimize the company’s activities in the digital environment. The Digital Coordinator has to combine the reality of the local market needs with the company’s objectives.
He has to coordinate the digital activities of the Cluster and find the best profitable and efficient strategy.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate in relation with the cluster marketing teams front & back offices
• Coordinate digital content development and distribution within SCE
• Develop e-merchandising plans
• Supervise digital ATL budgets and plans by markets
• Coordinate implementation and maintenance of brand sites and mobile applications
• Develop digital trade material
• Monitor and guide social media and e-reputation
• Several years of experience Digital business.
• Fluent English. Good German knowledge is a plus (position in Vienna).
• Strong sense of commercial economy.
• Project management experience.
• Good skill to handle external agencies.
• Innovation skill to design and implement new processes and new execution
• Strong communication skills for good relationship with sales team and external groups
• Interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and problem-solving attitude
• Need to integrate marketing guidelines and field sales requirements
• Negotiation ability
