Compulsory skills:
• Very good communication skills in English, both written and spoken (at least level 4/5);
• Advanced Linux administration skills (at least level 4/5);
• Proven experience with at least one configuration management tool (Chef, Puppet, CFEngine, SaltStack, Ansible);
• Advanced Linux/UNIX scripting skills (solid experience writing complex scripts in at least one language: Bash, Perl, Python, Ruby, PowerShell) (at least level 4/5);
• Advanced experience with at least one enterprise virtualization solution (KVM, VMware vSphere/ESX, PowerVM, Xen, Hyper-V);
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, including Software-Defined Networking, Networking Functions Virtualization, firewalls and load balancers;
• Experience providing support in medium to large scale infrastructure environments (incident and problem management processes);
• Experience using ticketing systems;
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem determination skills;
• General understanding of ITIL/IT Service Management concepts.
Nice to have:
• Experience with any of Zabbix, Nagios, MongoDB, Docker;
• Experience with storage devices administration and configuration;
• Experience with OpenStack;
• Experience working with REST APIs;
• Professional certifications (e.g. RHCE, RHCSA, OpenStack, ITIL Foundation).
