Leading an R&D team developing advanced location based applications and features, both on the Client and Server sides, for a variety of mobile platforms, with emphasis on Java. The team leader would be expected to design solutions, apply the correct development methodologies, guide the team and be responsible for the timeline and quality delivery of software solutions while undertaking actual programming tasks as well.
Academic degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent from a known university.
At least 1-2 year experience leading a development team
At least 3 years actual experience in Java (JSE/JEE)
Experience with one or more of the following: web services, servlets, Axis, JAXB, JDBC ¿¿¿ an advantage
Experience with Tomact, Eclipse Platform
Experience with design and development methodologies
Experience in J2ME - advantage)
Experience in C++ - an advantage
Familiarity with XML, HTML, Javascript
Experience in Windows mobileSymbian - major advantage
Good English, both writing and speaking - a must
