• Set-up the planning for new stores development;
• Set-up the timetable for the special projects (remodeling) maintenance and interventions;
• Special projects coordination and follow-up;
• Draw-up reports related to development activities;
• Responsible for shops construction works follow-up;
• Participate in price negotiation for specific works;
• Provide support on stores authorization process;
• Follow-up on cost analysis (global and detailed) for all type of specific works performed in the stores (supplementary work, maintenance, electrical connection, investments and expenses (CAPEX/OPEX);
• Supervises construction projects with particular emphasis on cost and completion time.
• First class communication skills and strong project management and entrepreneurial abilities ;
• Professional experience in an international work environment will be considered an asset;
• University degree (technical, economical profile);
• Very well organized and result oriented person;
• Adaptability and self management; stress tolerance;
• Very good PC knowledge: MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD will considered an asset;
• Good English knowledge (fluency) is a must;
• Drive licence: B type ;
• Availability for flexible work program and business trips.
