* Create, install, implement, configure, upgrade, and optimize the performance of Multi-Tier application systems for development and QA environments
* Investigate, replicate and document issues reported by development or QA
* Ensure development are provided effective, professional, and timely support
* Organize/manage multiple priorities/work independently
* Discuss and advise development to effectively solve technical issues regarding TCM products
* Document problem resolution for future reference by other support staff
* Bachelors Degree Computer Science or Information Technologies
* Experience working with third party applications such as FlexLM, Rougewave, Orbix
* Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Citrix, Terminal Services, VMware, Unix
* Knowledge of databases (SQL/Server, Sybase & Oracle)
* Knowledge of IIS, HTTTP(s), XML, Perl, and varies UNIX shells.
* Good understanding of SDLC
* Requires good analytical skills and persistent investigative work with all types of software.
