RESPONSABILITATI

As a Development Director, you will direct report to Head of Operations in Romania and functionally report to the worldwide business unit leader. You will be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, tracking development, ensuring deliverables are met in a timely manner, and reporting project progress to management. You must recognize and communicate potential issues, track resolution and contingency plans and apply provided solutions. You will work closely with various teams including Studio Development, Future Technology, Quality Assurance, Sales/Marketing, Distribution and external development teams to deliver games to wireless carriers. This offer is for a full-time position located at the offices of the Company, except, as travel to other locations may be necessary to fulfill your responsibilities.

Primary responsibilities:
-Coordinate the work of multiple production and QA teams to deliver cutting-edge mobile games to the market
-Provide project development status updates to cross-functional project team, program managers and Management.
-Implement tracking and reporting mechanism to follow production (ie: KPIs, etc)
-Fine-tune existing processes/implement new ones to improve overall efficiency.
-Track and report monthly/quarterly budget and expenses.
-Work closely with program managers, development teams, QA and Technology to support ongoing initiatives and special projects.
-Manage a close relationship with other appropriate departments as Sales and Marketing, Distribution, Engineering and QA

Secondary responsibilities
-Manage via direct reports, complete process for the distribution of video games on all target platforms
-Manage via direct reports individual special projects.
-Manage via direct reports language packs projects.
-Test games for progress/quality, when needed
-Work with internal developer support resources to solve external developer problems


CERINTE

-Manager/Director-level experience
-Strong multitasking, follow through, and follow up skills
-Must be able to work in a team environment, both local and remote.
-Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel, MS Project, MS Power Point, MS Visio
-Familiarity with web and mobile technologies

Desired Qualifications:
-Bachelors or equivalent work experience (management, engineering, computer science)
-Minimum 3 year of relevant experience
-Familiarity with game development cycles
