-Analyze market opportunity and develop win/win business relationships with potential partners;
- Communicating and negotiating effectively with external contractors, owners, real estate agencies, local authorities and regional development authorities;
- Finds and negotiates to lease new advantaged real estate sites in line with the retail asset strategy of the company; renews existing/expiring leases;
- Supervises projects (construction) with particular emphasis on Capex (cost) and completion time;
- Prepares financial analysis (P&L, etc) for each project proposal;
- Drives the improvement of retail network efficiency through rationalization (using relocation / reallocation / replacement / divestment methods) in cooperation with the sales team;
- Furniture and signage stock and orders;
- Co-operate closely with ASM s to achieve best results;
- Management and leadership of the management team;
- Professional experience in an international work environment;
- University degree (technical, economic profile);
- First class communication skills and strong management and entrepreneurial abilities ;
- Very good organized and result oriented person;
- Adaptability and self management; Stress tolerance;
- Good English knowledge (fluency) is a must;
- Drive licence: B type ;
- Availability for flexible work program and business trips
