- Set up development guidelines and methodologies;
- Take lead position in the project and perform technical activities including coding;
- Act as trusted adviser to the customer;
- Manage customer expectations and avoid any escalations;
- Support the pre-sales activities;
Independently run initiatives to improvise processes or provide new process steps;
Work on projects executed across geographies and cultures.
- University degree, preferably in engineering (bachelor in engineering, or master degree in computer applications, business administration, or science);
- Minimum of 10 years professional experience;
- At least 8 years of ERP experience is preferred;
- More than 8 years ABAP working experience;
- Prior experience in the Business Blue Print phase of an implementation project is a must;
- IT knowledge (operation systems, databases, and application servers).
An expert for development aspects of a customer implementation project (evaluating functional specs, preparation of technical specs, coding, reviews, unit testing, technical issue resolution, and so on);
Good application knowledge
Exposure to project management or project management methodologies is an asset ;
Must have flexibility to travel for extended periods of time (International traveling - up to 80% of working time);
English at business level is mandatory ;
German at least at conversational level is mandatory .
