An American company involved in customized education needs up to 7 Romanian FULL TIME programmers well versed in PHP. The salary is between 15 USD/hour to 25 USD/hour (depending on skills and experience).
The benefit is that you work from home, during the Romanian workday (so you can have a social life in your free time). We expect seriousness, good customer service, and dedication to the clients' projects - you would be working directly with Americans, who tend to take life (and work) pretty seriously.

A) I would like to talk to you a little bit more on skype, over the phone, or via google hangouts. I will ask you for a clear description (it can be a very short paragraph) about how you have used PHP for any past project(s).
B) We have a three phase interview process starting with some knowledge tests, then a coding test, then a skype interview.
Please complete the following tests to help us assess your general knowledge of PHP, MySQL and Javascript. The online tests take about an hour in total. Here are the instructions:
1) Go to www.upwork.com
2) Register as freelancer under "I'm looking for online work"
3) Once registered, click the “Tests” link and complete the following three tests
4) From the dropdown select “Web Development”, then take the “JavaScript Test”
5) From the dropdown select “Web Development”, then take the “PHP Test”
6) From dropdown select “Databases”, then take the “MySQL Test”
7) Make all the three test results public on your profile
