The company is offering a challenging opportunity in Design Management (of shopping centres) for candidates with expertise in the following areas:
-master planning,
-architecture,
-interior design,
-lighting design,
-environmental graphics design and
-landscape design
Your main goal will be to manage the teams involved in the design process of Shopping and Leisure Centres.
You will participate in all stages of the design process, from feasibility (supporting the new development business opportunities) to project development and construction and even further during ongoing operation, providing distinctive design solutions and co-ordinating design teams and suppliers.
You will work closely with in-house design team and external design resources.
You will be the main authority in coordinating the design-related processes.
You will monitor the project design status at all stages and will make sure the deadlines are met.
Expectations from the candidate:
- Degree in architecture
- 3 years of professional experience in the retail or shopping malls design
- Fluent in English, native Romanian
- Total availability to travel (within and out of the country)
- Knowledge of the legal norms of civil construction
- Dynamic and innovative spirited
- Stress-proof
- Good communication skills
- Good team-player
-Planning and organisation skills
