On behalf of our client, a British global civil engineering company, we are looking for a highly motivated and highly skilled engineer, who will become immediately involved in an existing workload and who will be instrumental in building the team in Bucharest and developing new business opportunities.
- Graduate in Civil Engineering (BEng); a Masters degree would be advantageous but not essential depending on experience;
- Design IT skills (AutoCAD);
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office;
- At least 10 years experience in roads sector, either in design services (feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed design);
- Experience in construction works or the supervision of construction works;
- Experience in managing/coordinating road design services assignments;
- Completion of 2 detailed design projects for road works, out of which 1 of at least 25 km in length;
- Good knowledge of procurement rules as per the provisions of the EU legislation in force for works and/or works tenders, as well as FIDIC conditions of contract;
- Good command of the English language (advanced level).
