-Design strategies, design coordination and supervision, feasibility studies, design procurement and design procurement strategies, administrating consultants contracts, develop, administrate and update the development handbook - client requirements, programming.
-Strong arhitectural background (Diploma and experience);
-The candidate will be a Registered architect with at least 4 years of experience (post registration), will have strong design skills, experience with masterplanning, residence, offices and mixed use developments;
-In depth knowledge of contract drawing and negotiation, procurements,design coordination and construction are also required.The job does not imply designing, but it is a Client facing position.
-Enthusiasm, strong work ethics, and the ability to be a team player are important.
-Familiarity with international design standards.
-Ideally you should have experience working in more than 1 country;
-Good command of English.
