- At least 10 years of professional experience in technical assistance implementation, design and construction supervision
experience in project management and administration of FIDIC based contracts would be an advantage
- At least 5 years experience in design and construction supervision of water and wastewater infrastructure
experience as Team Leader/Deputy Team Leader in the urban water & wastewater infrastructure field
experience in design and construction supervision under Romanian standards and norms
- Relations with clients and local authorities
