-To prepare and manage the technical budget.
-To coordinate, supervise and oversee the daily cleaning, surveillance and maintenance works and the technical aspects of the Shopping Centre.
-To analyze and select companies providing specialty services (safety & security, cleaning, maintenance, gardening, etc.).
-Degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineer
-Experience in facility management in SC or similar
-Previous experience in managing teams
-Fluency in English and Romanian
-Excellent in Microsoft Office Tools
