• To coordinate, supervise and oversee the daily cleaning, surveillance and maintenance works and the technical aspects of the Shopping Centre.
• To analyze and select companies providing specialty services (safety & security, cleaning, maintenance, gardening & so far).

• Degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineer
• Experience in facility management in SC or similar
• Previous experience in managing teams
• Fluency in English and Romanian
• Excellent in Microsoft Office Tools
